Ric's is very popular here with the American crowd.  I have not been impressed, but a friend wanted to try their fried chicken buffet so I decided to tag along for the review.  It was...disappointing to say the least.  The chicken was sad, not very flavorful, and they ran out pretty much as soon as we sat down and had one helping and we had to wait quite a while for a refill to come out.  The pizza was ok by my standards, but my friend really liked it.  Both of us agreed the Broasted Chicken Grills fried chicken was better.
