Corn soup

Another mediocre restaurant reviewed at the Toyosu mall!  Rakeru has a nice interior and a pleasant atmosphere.  The food is meh and a bit expensive, so we probably won't be back.  It's mostly omurice (omelletes filled with rice), hamburg steak and desserts.
