Gracie Gardens is a step up from Saizeriya, but still not great.  The lunch selections are pretty nice, but it went up from the obvious 990 yen to 1300 pretty quick with the addition of a large plate of rice (unintentional).  That's what happens sometimes when you say "hai" to every question.
