We are visiting Manila (Makati specifically) to spend some time with my dad and his wife, and one of the places they really wanted to take us was Wild Flour, a very nice bakery/cafe that serves excellent breakfasts.  We were really pleased with the food, and everything was very good.  We would even say they are verging on Excellent territory and if we had more of their food we might bump them up, but we are here such a short time we won't be able to go back.
