I had heard from a friend about a track sushi place along the east coast of the Miura peninsula (where we live).  We happened to be driving up that side yesterday and decided to stop in and see if it was any good.  Uokei heavily utilizes little trains to bring out your orders after they are placed via an electronic menu.  It's all very hi-tech.

Unfortunately, while the prices were decent, the fish itself didn't impress, at least not compared to the sushi place under Yokosuka-chuo station.  It was definitely cheaper though!
