This restaurant in the Toyosu Lalaport mall may have replaced something I've already reviewed, but I can't recall which one.  Anyway, it's a pretty ordinary Japanese restaurant specializing in udon and soba noodles with accompanying dishes.  It  was pretty cheap, and not bad, but not great either.
